Beatrice O’Connell is a Dubliner, graduating from DIT in 1996 with a BA in Fine Art.
Her work is in many private and Public Collections including:
OPW Leinster House, Government Buildings, Dublin; AXA Insurance; Anatomy Department, Trinity College; Newtown School, Waterford; Muckross Park College, Donnybrook.
Recent shows include the RUA RED Winter Open Exhibition 2018. Taylor Galleries Winter Show 2017/18 and 2016/17. The RHA Annual Exhibition 2017, 2016 and 2015. ‘Island Living’ Claremorris Gallery 2017.
Beatrice’s work is focussed on investigating the dynamics of painting, often through personal memory and are based on our assumptions of what environment means to us.
